Can't create custom spawners.

The in-game config does not provide acces to the "Custom Spawners List", so I can not create custom spawners.

You need to add names to the "Custom Spawners List" on the top-level config menu first, and then restart the game for it to populate the "Custom Spawners Config" menu.
