Sentry improvements

Feature

Now that we got sentry working and in a good state we should make some small improvements.

1. Provide more metadata in the slack message - requires sentry access
2. Store the image tag in the metadata
3. Tie to some github tag
4. Reduce the default death handler to 10 days, by limiting the number of retries
5. Identify any jobs that need to retry less so we get the error sooner.
