overlay_polygon: the unprefixed name was removed in 18.0.0; the examples call bp_overlay_polygon
The Overlay_polygon page still presented overlay_polygon as a current spelling, the
Border polygons script called it, and the Mul and Polygon processing pages linked to
it as the operator to use. The registration was commented out in a843dc2dc (#939,
"to be discontinued in v18"), so a configuration with the old name fails with an
unknown-operator error.
The page now opens with the removal, dated, and the way out (add the bp_ prefix);
the script and the links go to bp_overlay_polygon, or to geos_overlay_polygon where
dpoint coordinates are the point.

potential variants: potential32 / potentialRaw32 run a real single-precision FFT; potentialIpps64 -> potential64
Completes the Intel-IPP -> FFTW3 port in 20.13.0: the single-precision variants now use
FFTW's fftwf_ transform instead of a double transform stored in float32 buffers, and the
IPP-era names (Ipps, Packed) are retired in favour of the precision suffix. Records the
20.0.0..20.12.0 window of issue 1174 and the measured float32 deviation.
Fix migration artifacts, typos and dead links across the wiki
Sweep of all 867 pages: MediaWiki-to-GitHub migration damage repaired
(wikilink artifacts, reversed link order, broken code blocks, image
links restored as embeds), 2200+ typo/grammar/dead-link fixes, and
remaining CalcCache references removed or marked version-historical.
Factual example errors corrected where unambiguous (a.o. Boundcenter,
Ge_or_rhs_null, Capacitated_connect, Dpoint, Modus).
