I think it would be quite easy to port all it does in the toolkit. I find it very useful as it saves me a lot of time to write new actions and helps to remember all the actions associated with a specific element. I am not sure if it's better to keep it as an extensions or to have it inside. I would be happy to make a PR if it makes sense.
To test it simply install the extension and then right click on an element when opening the GUI, it shows a list of possible actions associated with that specific element.
