The pandas DataFrame in the RMSD plotting example https://userguide.mdanalysis.org/stable/examples/analysis/alignment_and_rms/rmsd.html#Plotting-the-data has the time column labelled “Time (ns)” but it should be “Time (ps)”.
(The plots would also be more informative if they were plotted over time and not frame.)
