Subject: [PATCH] Bump G7SensorKit, Loop and LoopKit

G7SensorKit 7da3b692 -> 7029099a

  Upload readings to Dexcom Share, with follower management (#71): sign
  in at the end of setup or from settings, readings and backfill are sent
  as they arrive, followers can be listed, invited and removed. Follow-ups
  (#74): every Share request is logged, an invitation is retried while the
  new contact is not yet visible to the service, a contact left by a failed
  invitation is removed, refusals show in an alert.

  Honour the 24-hour time setting in the settings time stamps (#73).

  Make manual G7 pairing robust when other sensors are nearby.

Loop 3c6f762f -> c90fd6fb

  Shorten the development branch warning wording (#2530).

LoopKit 42addaf1 -> c82a5517

  Make DailyValueSchedule.between iterative (#620).

MedtrumKit is left for #486.
