Subject: [PATCH] chore(dependabot): stop assigning dependency updates to
 lpm0073

Dependabot assigned every one of its pull requests to lpm0073 and requested his review, which made him a participant in each one. GitHub then sent him an email when the pull request opened and again for every Mergify comment, approval and merge on it: several hundred emails on the first day of each month.

This removes the assignees and reviewers blocks from every update in .github/dependabot.yml. Schedules, labels, ignores and target branches are unchanged, and Mergify still merges the pull requests as before. Dependabot only reads this file from the default branch, so the change takes effect on its next run after this merges.
