How can the "old-coder" skill be integrated into the "implement" skill of MattPocock-Skills?

The current process I'm following is: grilling -> to-spec -> to-tickets -> implement. The old-coder and the final step of implement have some overlapping functions. How can I seamlessly integrate implement and old-coder to work together perfectly?
