Why is it showing red dots?

Have you installed flask ?

yes, it's installed inside .web (python -m venv .web)

Also the function.py problem is fixed, I just changed the import from function.py --> function

There is no issue in acode , as you can see it is working.
It seems something wrong on your side.(Btw I'm using Ty LSP server and also the virtual environment)

Ohh I forgot about it.
You need to define pyproject config with the name of virtual environment folder. Something like this

I fixed it. It was happening because my virtual environment wasn't activated so it was showing that red dot. Anyways how did you customized your tool? Like the arrow keys
